The Business reserves the right to refuse commencement of the journey where the Driver reasonably believes that the individual attempting to board the Vehicle is not the authorised Passenger.

Unless specifically requested and confirmed at the time of booking, child safety seats may not be available. The responsibility for arranging an appropriate child restraint shall rest with the Customer.
Unless a particular route has been expressly agreed upon in writing, the Driver may select the route considered reasonably appropriate after taking into account traffic conditions, road closures, safety considerations, weather conditions and operational requirements. Where the Customer requests an alternative route, any resulting increase in distance, travel time, toll charges or other expenses shall be borne by the Customer.

The Business shall not be responsible for any loss, delay or additional expense arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Customer.
The Customer shall inform the Business at the time of booking of any known medical condition, disability, mobility restriction or special assistance requirement that may reasonably require special transportation arrangements. The Business shall use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but does not guarantee availability of specialised vehicles, medical equipment or medically trained personnel.
The Customer represents and warrants that all Passengers are medically fit to undertake the proposed journey and that no Passenger is suffering from any illness, medical condition or physical limitation that would make the journey unsafe without appropriate assistance or medical supervision.
Where any Passenger requires special assistance, mobility support, medical equipment or other specific arrangements, the Customer shall notify the Business at the time of making the Booking. While the Business shall use reasonable efforts to facilitate such requests, it does not guarantee the availability of specialised vehicles, medical equipment or medically trained personnel.

The Customer shall reimburse the reasonable repair costs, cleaning expenses, loss of use and other consequential expenses incurred by the Transport Operator or the Business.
Without prejudice to any other rights available under law, the Business or the Driver may refuse to commence or may terminate the journey where:

The Customer agrees to cooperate with the Business, the Driver and the Transport Operator in ensuring the safe, lawful and timely completion of the journey. The Customer may request cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed Booking by notifying the Business through WhatsApp, telephone, email or such other communication channel as may be notified by the Business. A cancellation or rescheduling request shall become effective only upon written acknowledgement by the Business. Mere transmission of a message shall not constitute acceptance of the request.
The Business incurs operational costs immediately upon confirmation of a booking, including but not limited to vehicle blocking, driver allocation, advance payments to Transport Operators, permit arrangements and administrative expenses. Accordingly, cancellation charges shall apply as set out in the schedule below.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following complimentary waiting periods shall apply:
| Booking Type | Complimentary Waiting Time |
|---|---|
| Local Pickup | 30 minutes |
| Outstation Pickup | 30 minutes |

Upon expiry of the complimentary waiting period, the Business may:

(c) release the Vehicle for other assignments; or
(d) take such other action as may be operationally appropriate.
The Customer shall promptly notify the Business regarding any flight delay, cancellation or change in arrival schedule. The Business shall make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the Transport Operator. Before cancelling any Booking under Clause 6.7, the Business shall use reasonable commercial efforts to arrange an alternate Vehicle through its network of Transport Operators. The Customer acknowledges that allocation of an alternate Vehicle depends upon availability and prevailing operational circumstances. Where the Customer accepts the alternate arrangement, the Booking shall continue upon the revised terms, if any.
Where:
(a) the Business is unable to provide the originally booked Vehicle;
(b) no suitable alternate Vehicle can reasonably be arranged; or
(c) the Customer declines an alternate Vehicle that materially differs from the booked category,
the Business's liability shall ordinarily be limited to refund of the amount actually received by it from the Customer. The Business shall not be liable for indirect losses including missed flights, hotel reservations, business losses, consequential damages or loss of opportunity except where required by applicable law.
Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed within 7 to 10 Business Days after verification of the cancellation request. The Business shall not be responsible for delays caused by: banks; payment gateways; UPI service providers; card issuers; or any other financial intermediary. Refunds shall ordinarily be made through the original mode of payment.
Where a refund becomes payable, the Business may deduct, where applicable:

(e) promotional, discounted or specially negotiated fares may not be eligible for rescheduling; and
(f) the Business reserves the right to refuse rescheduling where operationally impracticable.
Where the revised travel date attracts a higher fare owing to seasonal demand, tariff revisions, increased tolls, taxes, permits or other operational costs, the Customer shall pay the applicable difference before confirmation of the revised Booking. Where the revised fare is lower, the Business may, at its sole discretion, adjust the difference against future bookings or process an appropriate refund.
Any request to modify pickup location, destination, intermediate stops, travel dates, travel timings, vehicle category, passenger count or itinerary after Booking Confirmation shall be treated as a request for modification and shall remain subject to operational feasibility. The Business reserves the right to revise the Fare accordingly.
Where the Customer voluntarily shortens the journey after commencement, omits destinations or elects not to utilise a part of the confirmed itinerary, no refund shall ordinarily be payable for the unutilised portion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Business may, at its sole discretion and without creating any precedent, consider refund or rescheduling requests arising out of exceptional humanitarian circumstances including serious medical emergencies, bereavement or other extraordinary situations. Any such concession shall be purely discretionary and shall not constitute a waiver of these Terms.
The Business's decision regarding cancellation charges, refund calculations, rescheduling eligibility and operational feasibility shall be made in good faith after considering the facts of each case and shall be final, subject to the Customer's rights under applicable law.
The Customer acknowledges that the Business arranges and coordinates transportation services through independent licensed Transport Operators. The actual transportation service is performed by the respective Transport Operator using its own Vehicle and Driver. Operational control of the Vehicle, including driving, navigation, compliance with traffic laws, maintenance and safe operation of the Vehicle, shall remain solely with the respective Transport Operator and Driver throughout the journey.
Each Transport Operator shall remain solely responsible for:
(a) providing a roadworthy Vehicle;
(b) maintaining valid registration, permits, fitness certificates and pollution certificates as required under applicable law;
(c) maintaining valid motor vehicle insurance and other statutory insurance required by law;
(d) ensuring that the Driver possesses a valid and effective driving licence and other legally required authorisations;
(e) complying with the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the rules framed thereunder and all other applicable laws;
(f) maintaining the Vehicle in a safe operating condition; and
(g) operating the Vehicle with reasonable care, skill and diligence.
The Business shall exercise reasonable care while arranging and coordinating transportation services and while selecting Transport Operators from its network. However, the Business does not warrant or guarantee that every journey will be free from accidents, traffic congestion, mechanical failures, weather disruptions, road closures or other events that are ordinarily incidental to road transportation.
In the event that the allocated Vehicle suffers a mechanical failure or breakdown before or during the journey, the Business shall use reasonable commercial efforts to coordinate with the Transport Operator for:
(a) repair of the Vehicle;
(b) replacement of the Vehicle; or
(c) arranging alternative transportation,
subject to availability and prevailing operational circumstances. The Customer acknowledges that an immediate replacement Vehicle may not always be available depending upon the location, prevailing demand, availability of suitable Vehicles and other operational constraints.
In the unfortunate event of a road accident involving the allocated Vehicle:
(a) the Driver and the Transport Operator shall remain responsible for complying with all legal and statutory obligations applicable to such incident;
(b) upon being informed of the incident, the Business shall use reasonable efforts to facilitate communication between the Customer, the Transport Operator and emergency services, where reasonably practicable; and
(c) any investigation into the cause of the accident shall be conducted by the competent authorities.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as an admission that the Business exercises operational control over the Vehicle or Driver.
Where a Passenger experiences a medical emergency during the journey, the Driver may, acting reasonably and in good faith, divert the Vehicle to the nearest suitable hospital or medical facility or obtain emergency medical assistance. The Business may assist in coordinating communication with the Customer's emergency contacts, family members or emergency services, where reasonably practicable. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all medical expenses, hospitalisation charges, ambulance charges and related healthcare costs shall remain the responsibility of the Customer or Passenger and shall not be borne by the Business.
The Customer shall disclose at the time of booking any known disability, mobility limitation, serious medical condition or special transportation requirement that may reasonably require specialised arrangements. The Business shall use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements but does not guarantee the availability of specialised vehicles, medical equipment or medically trained personnel.
The Customer acknowledges that Vehicles arranged through the Business are expected to be covered by such motor vehicle insurance as may be maintained by the respective Transport Operator in accordance with applicable law. The Business does not provide separate travel insurance, baggage insurance, personal accident insurance or medical insurance unless expressly agreed in writing. Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance for journeys involving valuable baggage, long-distance travel or other travel-related risks.
Passengers shall remain solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the journey. The Business shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, damage or misplacement of cash, jewellery, electronic devices, travel documents, baggage or other personal property unless such loss is directly caused by the fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the Business. Any property found in the Vehicle after completion of the journey shall be handled by the respective Transport Operator. The Business may assist in facilitating communication for recovery but does not guarantee retrieval of any item.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to:
(a) loss of profit;
(b) loss of business or commercial opportunity;
(c) loss of revenue;
(d) loss of goodwill;
(e) mental distress or inconvenience;
(f) missed flights, trains, or buses;
(g) missed hotel reservations, meetings, or events;
